There is no “one house fits all” in real estate. Each client has specific wants, desires, needs, and goals. My process from the start is personalized service, aligned with discovering those goals and long-term plans.

Whether it’s your first home, forever home, investment property and anything in between, my purpose is to counsel you through the home buying process, negotiate strongly for you, and finish with a successful transaction. I have working relationships with trusted local lenders, escrow, various tradesmen, and fellow agents to assist during and after the closing.

Relocating to San Luis Obispo? I offer a unique perspective to those who are moving here from other areas or states. Being a transplant myself, I’ve gone through the process of learning about SLO and what all the different neighborhoods have to offer, from an outsider and unbiased local perspective. I have bought property sight unseen and have also helped clients buy sight unseen so I am equipped to help you navigate a purchase from a far.
